Quick Reminder, starting April 5th, there will be weekly meetings in preparation for the convention. The meetings on April 5, 12 and 26 will be at the WDM Community Center. The meeting on April 19, will be held at the Holiday Inn. The meeting on the 19th will include a tour of the hotel function space and our plan for space allocation for this year's convention. |

I've recently been made a moderator/manager of the DMSFS Chat on Google Groups.
I've worked through a few outstanding requests to join the DMSFS Chat, but I know several members have indicated they are not getting the chat messages or are getting the messages but are unable to post to the chat.

There has been a minor change in our schedule for the weekly April meetings. We originally had planned to have the April 5th meeting at the hotel. Because of scheduling conflicts, our meeting at the hotel has been moved to the 19th of April. The meeting on the 5th will be held at the WDM Community Center. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. |

TGIF everyone. Well, the storm yesterday was not quite as bad as we expected. The meeting/Chili-Cookoff scheduled for tonight at the Eastgate Masonic Lodge (2501 E. Grand) is a go. We will not be at the West Des Moines Community Center. We look forward to seeing folks at the meeting tonight. Please remember to be safe as you travel today.
